Training Program
After completing the first steps and our detailed assessment forms Creative Fitness will create a personalize a Workout program that takes care of everything we believe best for you to attain your goals. So all of your weights, cardio and recovery sessions will be prepared for you in your personalized report. Maria will guide you on proper technique and form. Her expertise and knowledge will guide you to perfect training techniques.
Unlike other muscle/fatloss programs out there, our one-on-one service focuses on building lean muscle while losing body fat. Creative Fitness do not focus on a puffy, bloated look –focus on you attaining a lean, hard and powerful physique that turns heads. Primarily through weights training, focusing on optimizing your nutrition and manipulating your hormones and adjusting them through the proper systems system that Creative Fitness and Nutrition has specialized and continues study for and is renowned for. This maximizes your ability to gain lean muscle mass fast!
Nutritional Overhaul
This is where most people fall short. Without the correct nutrition and diet you will never be able to optimize your progress in and out of gyms. Creative Fitness will educate and implement the correct nutritional plan for your goals. Each plan is tailored for each individual needs no two diet is the same.
Training
Personal Training allows you to choose how many times a week you would like to train. You will receive a monthly Bio Signature consultation to compliment your training, this provides you with accurate body fat readings and nutritional and supplementation advice. You will also receive a 4 week training program based on your assessment.
