There are so many phases of my journey that has taken me to where I am TODAY. I was introduced to the world of sports from a very young age by my father, who played soccer at an elite level in Italy and then in Australia. Watching all the soccer games and other sport like tennis together gave me hunger for success. I was aware of my natural ability as an natural athlete to play many sports and excelled in netball, softball, athletics and tennis at a state and national level throughout my teen and adult life and was given the honour to represent Australia in South Africa during my competitive netball career. During this time, and having no idea about building a foundation for my future and my body, I became aware of weight training and what it did to my body and also my ability for strength in my netball career. Being one of the rare girls that made weight training a necessity for my sport, made me one of the fittest and strongest.

In 2008, I retired from my netball career and with me being naturally competitive and always up for a challenge, a few people mentioned I should do bodybuilding. I didn’t start out wanting to be an IFBB PRO. My first ever IFBB Figure Show placing was shattering but I continued to train and became fascinated with Bodybuilding. I made it my goal to hit the stage and someday compete again, until I was scouted by Elite model agency based in the US who spotted my photos. The talent scout was looking for a tall athletic looking model with a European descent to do a photo shoot for the band Puma. They asked if I would be willing to prepare my physique to have a bigger muscular upper body and be photoshoot ready in 8 months with an offer to be paid. With such a large cash offer, I enlisted a coach to help me prepare for this journey and I was committed to succeeding.

Seven months later, at 3am, waiting for the decision from Puma, I find out I missed out on the opportunity. Disappointed with the outcome after months of training and endeavouring in a comprehensive nutrition plan, I decided to compete, 10 weeks later winning 2 overall titles back to back in 2 separate Natural federations which launched my career as a Figure Athlete. I fell in love with the sport and never turned back. Competing for over 12 years I was rewarded my IFBB PRO CARD in 2019.

Creating a platform Coaching Business to help others and share my knowledge to others, encouraging the importance of nutrition and a solid training regime for maximising sporting ability. My studies in nutrition and correct training protocols have made me succeed in the Australian Elite world of coaching Bodybuilding, Personal training, Nutrition, Sports Specific, and delivering unique, energising and effective workouts to both women and men of all ages.
